An urgent meeting of Executive Committee of the Delhi High Court Bar Association was held today i.e. 19th February, 2020, wherein the sudden and shocking transfer of one of our finest judges was considered. The Committee unequivocally and in the strongest possible terms, condemned the said transfer, being detrimental to our noble institution. Being of the rarest of rare cases affecting the majesty of our revered institution, the Committee requests it’s members to abstain from work tomorrow i.e. 20th February, 2020
