On October 15, 2026, the High Court of Delhi notified an amendment to Volume IV, Chapter 12-B, Rule 5, clause (iii) of the Punjab High Court Rules and Orders as applicable in the Courts of NCT of Delhi. The amendment substitutes the words “Rupees twenty” with “Rupees fifty” with effect from the date of its publication in the Gazette.
