The demand for enhancement of pecuniary jurisdiction from 2 crore to 20 crores by the Co-ordination Committee of the District Court, Delhi is considered unfair and unjust and the Delhi High Court Bar Association (DHCBA) has expressed its strong opposition to the said demand.
