The Delhi High Court Bar Association presented its 2nd Lecture Series on Criminal Law and screen excerpts from the web-series “Black Warrant” on 06th November, 2025, at 5:00 PM in the S-Block Auditorium, Delhi High Court. Hon’ble Mr. Justice Devendra Kumar Upadhyaya was the Chief Guest, with Hon’ble Mr. Justice Jasmeet Singh and Mr. Sunil Gupta as Key Note Speakers on the topic of “Jail Reforms/Jail Manual/Delhi Prison Rules”.
