The Delhi High Court Bar Association has passed a resolution condemning the detention of lawyers and excessive force used by police during a protest on 10.10.2026 against Chief Election Commissioner Shri Gyanesh Kumar and the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) process. The Association calls upon concerned authorities to conduct an impartial inquiry and fix accountability.
