Members are informed that the Executive Committee of the Delhi High Court Bar Association (DHCBA) unanimously resolved on 13.07.2026 to abstain from work on 14.07.2026. This resolution addresses the proposed enhancement of pecuniary jurisdiction for Delhi District Courts.
